Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

The online store customventdesign.com/, operating at www.customventdesign.com/ (hereinafter referred to as customventdesign.com/), is managed by Dekorius Małgorzata Lisiecka, Dobra 57, 05-075 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the President of the Capital City of Warsaw, NIP: 1250846253.

The term "goods" refers to the products available and presented on the website www.customventdesign.com/.

The goods presented on customventdesign.com/ do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

§ 2. Orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website customventdesign.com/.

When making a purchase, the Buyer places an order through the form available on the website www.customventdesign.com/. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an email confirmation of the order acceptance for processing by customventdesign.com/.

If the purchased product is unavailable, customventdesign.com/ will inform the Buyer accordingly. In such a case, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from its conclusion. If payment has already been made, customventdesign.com/ will refund the Buyer within 7 days to the account specified by the Buyer.

In the case of temporary unavailability of the product, customventdesign.com/ may offer an alternative product or the shipment of the ordered product at a later date, provided the Buyer agrees.

§ 3. Prices

The prices listed with the products are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

The delivery charge is specified separately during the ordering process and is not included in the product prices presented on www.customventdesign.com/.

customventdesign.com/ reserves the right to change product prices and expand the product range with new items.

§ 4. Payment Methods

§ 5. Order Processing

Order confirmation by customventdesign.com/ is sent via email. Order processing begins upon the receipt of payment in the bank account specified in § 4.

The order processing time is approximately 7 business days, depending on order volume. This period is counted from the moment the order is accepted for processing, following any necessary scheme approval, until the ordered product is dispatched.

customventdesign.com/ ships orders using courier services.

customventdesign.com/ is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Buyer.

customventdesign.com/ issues VAT invoices upon the Buyer's request. By purchasing from customventdesign.com/, the Buyer agrees to receive a VAT invoice without the recipient's signature.

§ 6. Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason does not apply to consumers when purchasing custom-made items, produced according to the Buyer’s specifications or tailored to their individual needs (Consumer Rights Act, Article 38, point 3).

§ 7. Complaints

If the product does not conform to the contract, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years of purchase, provided they notify customventdesign.com/ of the defect within two months of discovering the non-conformity.

To process a complaint, the Buyer must return the product after prior written agreement on shipping details, to the following address: Dekorius Małgorzata Lisiecka, Pustelnicka 15, 05-220 Zielonka, along with proof of purchase and a written explanation of the reason for the return.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, customventdesign.com/ will replace the product with a new one or refund the amount paid for the defective product to the Buyer's specified bank account.

If there are concerns about the condition of the shipment, please notify the courier and complete a damage report in their presence. Submitting this document to customventdesign.com/ will facilitate the complaint process.

§ 8. Personal Data Protection

By making a purchase at customventdesign.com/, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data related to order fulfillment.

The administrator of personal data is Dekorius Małgorzata Lisiecka.

Personal data is protected in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

Each Buyer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

§ 9. Final Provisions

customventdesign.com/ makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions of the presented products are as accurate as possible. However, due to possible errors during website updates, any discrepancies will be corrected during order fulfillment.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular, the Civil Code, the Consumer Sales Act, and the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by Dangerous Products.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 20, 2016.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes take effect from the date of their publication on www.customventdesign.com/. For orders placed under previous versions of the Terms and Conditions, the provisions in force on the order date shall apply.
